We will begin with a walk first. Show me your sexiest, most fluid, engaged, functional walk. We call it the Freestyler walk. Perfect. That’s one motion. The next action is the side step. Notice that I brought my hands slightly up because as I take a side step I am decreasing resistance. Keep the arms up and take the heel and push it out. It’s a kick.
