Let's begin with our Freestyler walk, We think of it as a functional walk. Why? It works everything at one time and walking is a motion that we engage in every day. The next action that we prep in is a side step, the foot goes slightly back and off the board. It's a side step and the foot goes slightly back and off the board. I'm gonna give you a huge tip – when stepping sideways try to be aware of your feet and the marking on the board. They are designed to guide you, sometimes you'll go slightly askew that's ok.
