Our first motion will be the Freestyler walk. Begin with your knees. Just bring them across. Watch the elbows and keep them close to the body. As needed, you may begin a slight swinging action. Breathe with it. That’s movement 1. Movement 2 will be a slight side step and the heels they touch. Take a side step and then the heels touch… 1× Caution, keep your hips forward at all times
