We’ll begin with our walking action which we call the Freestyler walk. What you will find is that this simple walk will completely engage your entire body. Our next step will be a side step and a curtsy. One foot stays on the board, one foot stays behind, open the thighs, bend and come up. Second side, side, bend and come up. Get a good feel in slow motion and then we will go to tempo.
