Hello everybody; in this particular sequence we'll begin with an alternating walking action, first bend your right knee and then your left knee. In a resting posture place your hands gently on the hips with elbows slightly flared out. The next movement as each sequence consists of two action we'll be a gentle bending and lifting of your right foot, compressing down into the ground and then lifting. And we're ready to begin.
