And we begin with our Freestyler walk. It activates everything. Each time you use it try to push down and elongate the spine. Your next action is a tad more complicated. Extend your foot, heel first and then lift and close. You may start with a small motion. Heel forward first and then pull it into your centre and at that point you will feel your core engage and ignite.
