Let’s go to the most intense level of our home kit. 1, 2, 3, 4 there’s your base builder. Take your hands up and play pickaboo. You may even say pickaboo. Bring it in and come down. Let’s do it again. 1, 2, 3, 4 pickaboo and then close it. On the next section we’re going to go for a full strength move. Notice it is going to give you range of motion, flexibility, strength, core control, balance all at the same time. Full body engagement. For beginner version take the hands up, reach up, fingers up. Feel the full power of the bands. Let it bring your shoulders down into alignment and then into your core. The other side take it up, reach forward. Use the fullest elongation potential of the bands and then bring them in. Do it at your own speed.
