Let’s go to the next series in your Freestyler workout. Let’s just increase the intensity a tad. Let’s prep as we always do and your basic figure for the entire section will look like this. It’s a side step, keeping the little markings in mind. A together step, a side step and a tapping action. Notice that each time you get over crossing the board the hands ever so slightly go up. You compensate using the natural balancing instinct. So let’s try it one more time. Side, together, side and if you weren’t aware your hans may go lower. So keep the tension up at all times with a tap. When tapping press into the board give it a little sexy hip wiggle. Feel the inner thigh compressing.
