First take a three step, 1, 2, 3 which is always our base. Take the arm up and spiral out and think about the Statue of Liberty, and then bring it down. We like to give you visualizations because visualization is a big part of Freestyler. Take it up and then press upward and then bring it down. That is your cardio section. Next your strength demo. Separate your feet to decrease intensity; to increase it bring them together. Bring your arms up and separate legs, rotate the core and breathe out. Slowly extend the arm and bring it back to neutral and then center out. Work around the ability that best suits your body type. Bring the elbows in and rotate.
