Welcome to our balance and strength portion. We’re going to demonstrate the first two moves. Move 1 involves core strength. From the core strength it’s from this section down. Both the front and the back of your body. So take your hands up slowly, opening up the shoulder joints. Let’s rotate slightly to one side and then the other side. This will be one of our first core strengthening movements.
The next action will help with your balance and control
. Remember you’re at home and I am your trainer. So if you should lose your balance, compensate and find it. Wiggle back into action. Caroline here will attempt to compose the balance and maintain it for us throughout. I’m going to try and play with mine and I’m going to pretend that I’m you and things will happen - touch the floor, bounce up. That’s quite alright. It’s all in the freestyle mode of training.
